Terms & Conditions for The Women AMS Wellness Concept Club and Gym

Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services provided by The Women AMS (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing and using our wellness concept club and gym, including personal and group training, mental health support, and beauty treatments, sold separately or in packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Eligibility:
1.1 The Women AMS is exclusively open to individuals who identify as women.
1.2 Underage women may participate with the approval and supervision of their parents or legal guardians.
1.3 By accessing our services, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in this section.

2. Services:
2.1 The Women AMS offers various services, including personal and group training, mental health support, and beauty treatments, which may be purchased separately or in packages.
2.2 All services provided are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
2.3 We reserve the right to change the pricing of our services at any time. Any changes in pricing will not affect packages or services already purchased.

3. Registration and Membership:
3.1 To access our services, you may be required to register and create a membership account.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.4 You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
3.5 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

4. Payment and Refunds:
4.1 Payment for services can be made through the accepted payment methods provided by The Women AMS.
4.2 All prices are displayed in the local currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
4.3 Once payment is made, it is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
4.4 In the event of a cancellation or modification to a scheduled service, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide a suitable alternative.

5. Liability and Indemnification:
5.1 The Women AMS and its staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the use of our services.
5.2 By participating in our services, you assume all risks associated with physical activity, mental health support, and beauty treatments.
5.3 You agree to indemnify and hold The Women AMS and its staff harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy:
6.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
6.2 By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in our privacy policy.

7. Intellectual Property:
7.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, associated with The Women AMS are owned by us.
7.2 You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
