  • Intake: getting to know you: setting goals, measurements (60 min) 
  • Personalized training programs: whether you want to join the gym or need guidance from a Personal Trainer – we have all services available
  • Weekly check-ins outside training – stay in touch with your Personal Trainer to change daily behavior and work towards your goal together
